I just got a white n97 yesterday. I dont know what happen to the keyborad. sometimes it will light up, sometimes it wouldn't can you please tell me what's wrong with it?

It must light up when you Open the Phone slide and there is Dark around you...You know N97 has a light sensor.

hi there.. can u help me out about my videos on n97.i cant play em.its keep saying unable to play either video clips or sound trying to play partailly...and i dont know how to setting it..i cant play all my videos that i've take or blutooth from other phone.. even the defult from the phone cant play Huh? help please..lots of thanks..

i have just recieved my phone today but can not connect to the internet. it keeps sying packet data connection not available. i have phoned orange and all the settings are correct at there end so odviously a setting within the handset itself.
can anyone guide me through it.

I get random 'text' messages stating they are from Email
(just got 3 in the last 10 minutes)

these are always of the format
6:25am //wma:4010 //SV9hfbju7t5g64vfu8in6tgj+y/h65h86g66=//VS

after the 4010 bit the rest of the letters are randon and change every time -

I deleted my push email account as i thought it was this but still get them

Any advice please

randy, first let me say, Welcome to the forum, we are happy to have you join.

You can't just move the apps, you have to first find them at the Ovi Store and a few at other locations, and then remove the apps from the phone (only the ones you are able to find). Then you have to DL the apps that you found to the mass memory, this at this time is the only way to link them.

Hi everyone,

Yestrday my N97 did silly things.

If I took a photo, i cannot found the photo through application "photos" inside "captured". I only saw 2 old photos, but if I open file manager,I found the jpg file of the new photo in the same directory with the old photo.

Anyone can help?

Hello,

I just recently updated my Phone with the new software, and now my phone keeps crashing and restarts randomly. And sometimes when I start it up the homescreen doesn't load and as soon as the key lock goes on I'm unable to turn it off..
PLEASE help this phone is useless to me right now since I can't even make a simple phone call.
