Navigation licence refund? Any luck anyone?

Having got almost 1000 days left on my navigation licence, i rang Nokia customer services to see if they will swap the licence for something else, as its now free.

They basically told me it was tough that I bought 3 years of licence, and there is nothing they can or will do!

while its a good thing for navigation being free to everyone, its annoying for those who have paid to use the service in to the future, being told basically tough!

While issues on my N97 are annoying, like on my N96 before than, and my N95 before that, I feel it more annoying at the customer service attitude I have had today. 

Has anyone else had any success at some sort of refund or anything for there navigation licence?    

Well I called Nokia, and they had a "Don't give a stuff attitude", so written to them.  I'll let you know if they bother with a responce.
