hi,
my mate has iphone.
in his spare room he has his pc with itunes on it.
when he has parties he turns on his pc with itunes and links it to his iphone. he has his pc linked to speakers in house. He can then browse all his music on his pc from itunes on his iphone. if he hits play on his iphone it plays on his pc and out his speakers in the house.
it acts like a visual remote to play whatever he wants.

does nokia/ovi have this at all??

thanks

They had it. But the fools over at Nokia keep regressing technology.
MY Palm Treos Did it 3 ways
1. using Bluetooth
2. using a bluetooth remote
3. using an app to control my PC over a wireless network (not very practical tho).

I could stream the music on my phone to my PC or any other BT device that accepted audio. actually we should be able to do it using the same concept. we should be able to pair our device to our pc as if were a blue tooth headset. or use a remote program. this is exactly what I mean about Palm OS being years ahead of Symbian. Not that Symbian is not a very capable OS. it just doesn't attract programmers. maybe this will change now that it's open source. But considering that many programmers don't like writing code for it I wouldn't hold my breath.

Actually it does it very well... assuming you have a mac... And not only with itunes but alsowith bookmarks, iphoto, etc.
The app its called Nokia Multimedia Transfer (original free Nokia App) its very customizable so that you decide what to sync... And the best of all it works via cable or bluetooth, for me its better than ovi suite (windows) in terms of syncing your media... enjoy

Hi

Does anyone know if any 3rd party apps which allows 'gapless playback' or seemless playback that doesn't have any break between tracks/songs just like i-phone or i-pod is capable of?
