Hey

I'm just curious.. When transferring music (wma) from your audio CD's to your computer for using them on your N97, which bitrate do you use? 128 kbps, 192 kbps or some other bitrate? Until now I've been using 128 kbps but do you think I should try using another bitrate?

All my music is in WMA @ 64Kbps.  Sounds perfect to me, and takes up half the space of a regular MP3 (@ 128Kbps).

Depends on what you are going to be using as speakers. The tiny headphones wont notice the difference of high bit rate so dont bother but if you are going to plug into home hifi stuff then 320 might be worth it.

I usually stick with 96 or 128 for my phone.

Nokia Music Store support
Your device supports Nokia Music Store downloads. You can download music straight from the Nokia Music Store with your mobile device or you can download Nokia Music software to your computer and manage your music via the computer. (May not be available in all regions.)

In order to buy and download music from the Music Store, you need to create an account for the store.

To get started with music downloads with your mobile phone, select Menu > Music > Music store.
